Wave Notifier adds a blue action button in your browser`s toolbar that, when clicked, checks your Google Wave account for new unread waves.
Moreover, the Wave Notifier extension displays animations while checking your Google Wave account.
When it finds unread waves, the Wave Notifier extension will display the number of unred items in the badge text, attached to the blue action button.
You can see the number of unread waves on mouse hover, in a tooltip window.
