DiffKit is a free and command line Java based tool which compares two sources of tabular data with the goal of reporting differences. The sources can be database tables, delimited files, or object graphs; in any combination.
DiffKit allows arbitrary comparisons through the specification of column mappings and type or user-defined comparators. Particular emphasis is placed on support for large datasets (5x10^6+ rows) and the generation of text formatted diff reports.
DiffKit can be used as a standalone command line tool, or embedded into applications as a library.
