Having the search results on your computer gives you options you have never had before: reviewing the papers at any time, even without an Internet connection; quickly sifting through the collection by keyword, author or journal; or searching for one or more terms and having them immediately highlighted in the text as you flip through each abstract.
If you have access to the full-text of an article as a PDF, just drop it into Sente. Double-clicking on the reference will then automatically open up the article in your favorite viewer.
